Return Policies
Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted by me and I stand behind my work. It is very important to me that you love your jewelry. Before purchase, in order to eliminate any problems with size, please check the measurements that I provide and contact me directly with any questions or concerns that you may have.
Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order if there are any issues so that we can figure out the best way to move forward.
If something is returned, shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any items should be packaged with care as the buyer is responsible for any damage that may occur throughout the shipping process. Consider insuring the item as I will not be held responsible for lost or missing packages. If a refund is necessary, I will provide funds once I receive the jewelry in its original condition.
Shipping
DUE TO CURRENT SHIPPIING RESTRICTIONS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, THERE ARE SOME INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES THAT I AM NOT CUREENTLY SHIPPING TO. PLEASE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY WITH ANY QUESTIONS IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE CHECKING OUT IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE US.
I ship using USPS Priority Mail, within the US. Priority Mail comes with a tracking number and insurance. Packages normally arrive within 2 to 3 business days and arrive with your regular mail deliveries. I will ship your order within 2 to 3 days of purchase. Once your item ships, I will send you a tracking number associated with your package.
Orders totaling $75 or under will have a $7.50 shipping charge and comes with $50 insurance. Orders above $75 will have a shipping charge of $10, and come with $100 insurance. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me directly.

If you live in the Monterey, CA area or are planning a visit and would prefer to pick up an item, simply select the pick up option in the shipping section. Contact me directly via phone or email, and we will make a time to connect.
If you live outside the U.S. your shipping total will be estimated in the cart area of your purchase by the U.S. Postal Service. You will have a Flat Rate option, which is a slower, more affordable shipping option. You will also have a Priority option which will arrive within 6 to 10 business days and comes with a tracking number and $200 insurance. If you have a high priced order, I highly recommend the Priority option. ***PLEASE SEE SHIPPING UPDATE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ABOVE AS IT HAS CHANGED.***
